Returns & Refunds Policy

BRINQOR accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Certain personalized, final-sale, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

To request a return, email support@brinqor.com before sending the product back. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved customers will receive the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return resulted from our error.
